As Guccio Gucci opened his first store in New York in 1953, his company has gained the respect of many throughout the fashion industry and the world. During the 1970's, thte Gucci industry spread through other countries, such as Asia and Europe, Hong Kong, and Tokyo. Maurizio Gucci became president of Gucci in the early 1980's. And in 1984 Domenico de Sole became the president of Gucci America.
The Gucci company is still reigning the fashion industry today. Evey year Gucci produces many handbags that has lead the fashion trends. Gucci fans all accross the world are enjoying Gucci handbags and are the proud owners of excellent designs and great quality in craftmanship.
