Don't Forget the Luggage Tag!
from:
Luggage tags are important to remember. Forget them and loose your belongings forever! Everyone should place a luggage tag on the outside of their luggage no matter how small the trip. Many pieces of luggage come with tags, replacements can be purchased as well. Luggage tags are pieces of identification that can prove vital if luggage becomes lost.
Luggage tags are identification. Not only will it help to prevent loss of luggage, but will help the owner know which of two identical bags is his. On the luggage, the owner should list his name and contact information. It should be secured to the luggage by means that cannot be easily broken. Do not have it wrapped around the handles as this may be broken if going through customs at the airport.
There are many things to choose from if the owner would like designer luggage tags for his luggage. Most times, luggage tags are available, free of charge, at the check in line at the airport. These are flimsy pieces of paper and string that can be used. But, there are other choices as well. For instance, luggage tags can be purchased with the luggage or even separately in the same designs, colors, and textures. Maybe a consumer would like his business card to serve as his luggage tag? This can be done as well. Personalized luggage tags are also available. Consider this for a highly sophisticated look.
Regardless of what color, style, or type of luggage tag purchased, having one is key. Of course, having a stylish, personalized luggage tag on your luggage might prove to be an attention getter. Luggage tags are more then just a piece of paper to mark ownership. They can be just as much an accessory as a purse. Finding the style that fits the owner is the only obstacle.
